Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chérie. Below are the shipping policies applicable to any order placed with us.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at cheriethepearlydiva@gmail.com.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping PAN India.
Delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at cheriethepearlydiva@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India at this time.
