At Chérie, every piece is handcrafted with intention and care. We stand behind the quality of everything we make. This policy exists not because we expect problems, but because we believe you deserve complete peace of mind when you choose us.

Our Promise

If something is not right with your order whether it arrived damaged or was incorrect we will make it right. Completely. No questions asked.

7 Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

After 7 days from delivery we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

When We Cover Everything

If the issue is on our end, damaged product or incorrect item delivered, we take full responsibility:

✦ Full refund of your order value

✦ Return shipping charges covered by us

✦ No cost to you whatsoever

We ask that you share clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item when you contact us so we can resolve it swiftly.

If You Change Your Mind

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you wish to return a product simply because it is not what you expected we are happy to process your return under the following conditions:

✦ Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

✦ Please use a reliable courier and share the tracking details with us

✦ Original shipping charges are non-refundable

✦ Once the product reaches us and passes inspection we will process your refund

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must meet all of the following:

✦ Returned within 7 days of delivery

✦ Completely unworn and unused

✦ All original tags intact and attached

✦ Original Chérie packaging included

✦ No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions after inspection.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

✦ Customised or personalised pieces

✦ Sale items

✦ Items returned after 7 days of delivery

✦ Items without original tags or packaging

Gifting Orders

Gifting orders follow the same return policy. All conditions above apply. Tags must be intact and original packaging must be included.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Step 2: Share your order number and photographs of the product

Step 3: We will review and confirm your return within 24-48 hours

Step 4: Ship the product to our address which we will provide via email or WhatsApp

Step 5: Once received and inspected we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days
